Gluten Free All Purpose Flour Mix

Hey everyone!  I just wanted to do a quick blog with a recipe for an all purpose flour mix that I use for most of my baking.  In the past, I have linked to a flour mix that I used in a pie recipe but this one is a little more well rounded and able to be used for all types of recipes.

  • 1 c White Rice Flour
  • 1/2 c Sweet Sourgum Flour
  • 1/2 c Tapioca Starch or Potato Starch
  • 1/2 c Brown Rice Flour
  • 3/4 c Almond Flour...or Coconut Flour...or more White Rice Flour
YIELD: 3 & 1/4 cups

  1. Depending on what container you want to store it in, you may want to mix it in something else first.  In my case I mixed it all very well in a large bowl.
  2. Then you just dump it in an air tight container to store it
  3. Feel free to double or even triple this recipe depending on how long you would like it to last.
