It's just been one of those weeks where you seem to be putting all this effort and work into things but it still feels like you are getting nothing done. We've all had those weeks and if you haven't then you are one lucky duck.



Since I'm having one of those weeks I am going to do a short and sweet post that references to Adam's blog Eat. Run. Rehabilitate.  He posted a about a topic called intermittent fasting a while back.  I've found myself so busy at work trying to get into the office in the morning a little earlier than usual so this my feeble attempt at a blog post for the week.

I kept thinking to myself, "thank goodness I don't have to worry about breakfast or I would have to wake up even earlier!" Just ask Adam...if I don't get my beauty sleep I can become very cranky. ;) Then I realized that this didn't used to be the way I was. I used to be the type of person who's stomach wakes them up in the morning because they are so hungry.

Well I'm here to tell you that going without breakfast might not be so bad after all and definitely has some health benefits besides saving time and money on breakfast. To find out why read this interesting post here on intermittent fasting's benefits. Enjoy!
